a fermented vinegar from apples.

apple cider vinegar is made in a two-step process. the crushed apples are exposed to yeast which ferments the sugars and turns them into alcohol. then special bacteria are added to the alcohol solution which further ferment the alcohol and turn it into acetic acid. this is the main compound in vinegar.

argan oil is extremely high in vitamin e (tocopherols), which works to hydrate and heal the 

argan oil makes the hair softer, silkier and shinier. it is the ideal hair conditioner, and it can even help to treat split ends and tame frizzy hair.skin, as well as providing protection for cell membranes against oxydisation, whilst slowing down the process of ageing. vitamin e has also been proven to be useful in stretchmark and scar repairs. argan is rich in essential fatty acids, namely the omega 6 linoleic acid, which works to fight drying and elasticity loss in the skin, which helps with wrinkles. regular use of argan oil will tighten the skin due to the rich proteins present in the plant.
